MUTS Top Dogs
We are a loosely organized pack of Michigan tandem enthusiasts. We welcome teams riding triples, quads, uprights, recumbents, trikes and everything in between. We have an organizational meeting in late spring called Puppy Love where we elect officers, discuss business, and schedule rides for the season. The following are the current officers:

MUTS Tour
The 2025 MUTS Tour will be held June 8-14. The following are descriptions of past tours:
MUTS Tour West - Tour of the Sunset Side of Michigan
MUTS TOUR WEST utilizes two campgrounds requiring just one move. It starts with four nights at Ludington State Park located on the sandy shore of Lake Michigan just north of Ludington. It then moves to Mitchell State Park located between Lake Mitchell and Lake Cadillac just west of Cadillac. From each location, circle rides are planned to explore and enjoy the beautiful West Michigan countryside.
MUTS Tour East - Tour of the Sunrise Side of Michigan
MUTS TOUR EAST explores the sunrise side of Michigan. This tour begins with four nights at Harrisville State Park located just South of the resort town of Harrisville, Michigan. The park features a campground nestled in a stand of pine and cedar trees along the sandy shore of Lake Huron and nearby you can explore a light keeper's life at Sturgeon Point Lighthouse. The next four nights are spent at Tawas Point State Park. Tawas Point has been referred to as the "Cape Cod of the Midwest" and boasts biking, fishing, hiking, swimming and wildlife watching. Circle rides are planned to explore and enjoy the uniqueness of Eastern Michigan.
MUTS Tour North - Tour Michigan's Northern Lower Peninsula
MUTS TOUR NORTH starts with four nights at Magnus Park located on the shores of beautiful Little Traverse Bay in downtown Petoskey. The next four nights are spent at Aloha State Park located on the shores of gorgeous Mullett Lake. Circle rides will have you exploring the beautiful forests and lakes of the Northern Lower Peninsula, cities such as Cheboygan and Mackinaw City, and historic Mackinac Island!
MUTS Tour South - Tour of Southwest Michigan and Northern Indiana
MUTS TOUR SOUTH travels through Southern Michigan and Northern Indiana. Visit Michigan's wine country and enjoy northern Indiana's Amish countryside where their lifestyle has remained unchanged for hundreds of years. Beginning in South Haven our stops include Buchanan, Indiana's Potato State Park, Shipshewana and Three Rivers. We spend two nights in Shipshewana and two nights on a beautiful lake north of Three Rivers.
